• Users must be 18 years or older to register.

2. Offer Terms

• Offers are valid per individual coupon terms; not guaranteed every month for all categories.
• Coupons are valid only during your birth month.
• Each coupon will display its specific terms and conditions.

3. Usage Policy

• No resale/transfer of coupons. Misuse → disqualification.
• Coupons are for personal use only.
• Commercial use or bulk redemptions are prohibited.

4. Communications

• Consent to receive notifications via WhatsApp/SMS.
• Communications will be limited to birthday month offers and important updates.
• Users can opt-out at any time through profile settings.

5. Data Usage

• Data usage: strictly for service delivery & personalization; see Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties.
• Data is used to match users with relevant local and D2C offers.

6. Business Terms

• Businesses must provide valid offers as agreed during onboarding.
• Businesses are responsible for honoring their published coupons.
• Registration is free; additional services may be chargeable.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Dispute & governing law: India.
• All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian laws.
• The courts of competent jurisdiction shall be in the city where Fickatal is registered.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via registered communication channels.
